PRE-CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Follow the recommendations to ensure best results!

BEFORE YOUR SESSIONS

Avoid heavy meals
Do not eat 2 hours before treatment
Remove any lotions, oils or perfume from the skin before your session.
Drink water 1 liter is recommended one day prior to start the detoxing process

THE DAY OF YOUR SESSION

Bring a swimsuit or we have disposable attire for your convenience
if needed: Eat a light high protein meal an hour and half prior to the service
Avoid wearing tight clothes
Bring warm clothes
